Introduction

Welcome to Alpine Karakoram ("we," "our," "us"). By booking or using our travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all tours, trips, bookings, and services provided by Alpine Karakoram across Pakistan, including but not limited to Gilgit-Baltistan and mountainous regions.

Alpine Karakoram provides travel-related services including but not limited to:

  • Tour packages and guided trips
  • Transportation and logistics support
  • Adventure and mountain expeditions
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Travel planning and consultation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment or deposit as communicated during booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before the trip start date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal, operational, or external cost changes.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made a specific number of days before departure may be eligible for partial refunds (subject to package terms).
  • No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
  • In case of natural disasters, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, trips may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled without liability for full refund.

Travel Risks and Liability

  • Travel to mountainous and remote areas involves inherent risks including but not limited to weather changes, accidents, altitude sickness, and road conditions.
  • Participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily undertaking these risks.
  • Alpine Karakoram shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
  • Participants are advised to obtain personal travel insurance.

Code of Conduct

  • All travelers must behave respectfully toward guides, staff, locals, and fellow travelers.
  • Any illegal activity, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
  • Environmental respect is mandatory; littering or damaging natural sites is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Itinerary

  • Alpine Karakoram reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any changes will be made in the best interest of client safety and trip success.

Use of Information and Internet Content

  • Some images, descriptions, or informational content used in our promotional material or website may be sourced or inspired from publicly available internet resources.
  • We do not claim ownership of such third-party content unless explicitly stated.
  • If any individual or organization has concerns regarding the use of their content, they may contact us at info@alpinekarakoram.com, and we will promptly review and remove the content if necessary.

Fair Use Policy

For Advertisement Only

  • Any third-party content used by Alpine Karakoram is strictly for fair use purposes, including promotion, education, and informational advertising.
  • Such usage is intended solely for non-commercial redistribution of the original content in a transformative and promotional manner.
  • We comply with applicable fair use principles, and all content is used in good faith for tourism awareness and advertising only.

Alpine Karakoram is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Pakistan.
